How do I return my order?

If you need to return an item please contact us before sending out your return through our contact formIf you would like to return your order for a refund, you may send it back to us, unopened, with the packing slip within 30 days of the original delivery date.  Please use the address below:

What if I don't have the packing slip? 

If you’re missing your original packing slip, please find your order email, print that out and add it to your return package. If you don’t have access to printing please write down your name, order number, and the email used to place the order and add that to your return package.


Do you provide return labels?

We don't currently provide return labels to our customers. Returns are at your own cost. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer service prior to your order being shipped through our contact form. If your order has already shipped, you are welcome to request a return via customer service once you receive the package. Please read our shipping policy here for more information.

When will my order be shipped?

Our goal is to package and ship your orders as soon as possible, preferably within 1-2 workdays. Some items only ship once a month on the first of each month (if you order on or before the 15th of the previous month). This will always be mentioned on the product page. To keep shipping costs at a minimum, all products in your order will be shipped at the same time. If you want to receive some of your products earlier, make sure to place 2 separate orders. You’ll always receive an email or text confirmation once it ships. 

 

Why are some items only shipped once a month?

As a starting small business, we're currently unable to have a large inventory. In combination with the manufacturing costs, some items will only be shipped once a month. We always try to send each order out as soon as possible, but if you need something quicker than we currently provide on our website, please contact us.

 

Can I get a "print on demand" item quicker than the first of the upcoming month?

Yes! You can now add "rush delivery" to your order to get your items shipped to you quicker. You have the option to choose between 10 workdays or 5 workdays until shipping.

 

Why don’t you ship to my country?

If the webshop shows that we don't ship to your country, please contact us through our contact form. It'll be added within a day and you'll receive an email as soon as it has been added. Countries that are currently included are Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom & United States of America.

 

Can you send the card directly to the recipient?

Yep, sure! Just make sure you put the recipient’s address in the delivery to section.

Do you have a size chart?

We want to make sure each item is sized correctly so in the description of the items we add size and fit details as best as we can. If you have questions about a specific item please contact our customer service through the contact form.


Miscellaneous FAQ's

What happens if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact our customer service through the contact form with a photo attached. 

 

Will this be restocked?

The best way to stay in the know on our restocked products is to sign up for in-stock notifications. All you have to do is go to the product that you want on our website and fill in your email address to opt into email notifications for that item! Can you write a card on my behalf?

Yes, I can write your card for you if you need it sending directly to the recipient. Just let me know in your order notes.
